Tobias is a very easy person to talk to regardless of your level or mistakes thanks to his patience and constantly smiley face. My favorite part was the notes he took for me. They're an absolute must for me and I didn't even have to ask for them.
Overall very nice, professional and efficient. Highly recommend!
