Hello! My name is Mira. I am a native English speaker and TESOL certified. I have 10 years teaching experience and have taught students of all ages English for general conversational in daily life, and for professional and academic motivations. I teach business English to professionals, academic English and conversational English to high school and university students and PhD researchers with specialist and focused interests. I have speech coaching experience and can prepare you for presentations and public speaking. I am passionate about teaching and supporting students to communicate their ideas and feel confident when speaking English. It would be my pleasure to help you with English!我的教學經歷

I am enthusiastic, always encouraging and have a curious nature so I love to learn and discover new things. I believe that language and culture are deeply connected and enjoy sharing this with students as well as learning about the cultures of my students. I understand that learning languages can be challenging and the key to it is practice, so I present many opportunities to practice language skills in my class. I am ready to support you. My lessons are personalised to suit your needs and help you meet your aims. I use a variety of materials to help you interact with English in an enjoyable way and develop your skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Personalised lessons focusing on general English for daily life, conversation and immersion, business English needs, focused study goals for all school/university needs and goals.

The English course was specific to Business, Technology and Communication, focused on intermediate - advanced level grammar structures and vocabulary in real life- daily and business situations including presentation, negotiations, asking questions and discussion. I taught speaking and presentations skills and various styles of writing from personal narratives, articles, campaign writing to opinion essay
2025 - 2026
English InstructorI taught an extra curriculum English course to intermediate level students, focus don developing speaking skills so students can sound natural and native-like and confident in their spoken English skills.
Grammar and natural expressions used in daily conversation, and natural pronunciation were taught and practised.
Classes included discussions, debates, sharing opinions, reading articles/extracts of text, general conversation for current affairs/ topics of interest and presentations.
