I have really enjoyed my lessons with Juan, I feel like he's super passionate about helping his students achieve a higher level in their language learning goals. I have never seen anyone more passionate about phonetics or pronunciation and to be honest he has it down to a science. He has masterfully analyzed all the sounds of the Spanish language with me and has truly answered all of the questions that have been nagging at me up to this point. I truly recommend him as a tutor, and to top it off he's a wonderful person that is always looking to go the extra mile for his students. He is truly a Genio!

I am a native English speaker, learning Spanish. Sometimes I use the sounds of English where Spanish has a similar, but distinct sound. I am interested in learning to use the Spanish versions. Juan is able to identify these quickly, and bring them to my attention. I don't think I would be able to find them on my own. I can tell that Juan is interested and passionate about this topic. That energy comes through in the lessons. I've enjoyed them very much.

Juan has been a great teacher. I've really enjoyed learning from him. I like his approach to lessons, specifically the pronunciation and grammar. Juan also goes above and beyond and I plan to take more lessons from him in the future.
