Hello! My name is Esther, and I’m from Gaborone, Botswana. I’m a TEFL-certified English tutor with a background in finance and several years of experience teaching students from different cultures and age groups. I’m passionate about language, communication, and helping people connect across cultures.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy playing the guitar, exploring new ideas, and learning from the stories and experiences of people around the world. I value meaningful conversations and believe language is a powerful tool for building confidence and opportunities.
As a teacher, I focus on helping students become confident and effective English communicators. My approach is patient, supportive, and goal-oriented. I take time to understand each student’s needs, learning style, and objectives so that every lesson feels relevant and productive.
I guide students step by step, helping them improve their fluency, accuracy, and confidence in real-life situations. Whether you are learning English for work, study, travel, or personal growth, I aim to create a learning experience that is both structured and encouraging.
My lessons are practical, interactive, and tailored to each student’s goals. We focus on developing speaking confidence while strengthening pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and overall communication skills.
