Hi! I'm Baibua. I'm a native Thai speaker from Nakhon Si Thammarat, Southern Thailand, so I can speak both standard Thai and Southern dialects. Now, I live in Chiang Mai and I'm studying for a Master of Education to get my professional teaching license. I have a bachelor's degree in Business English with second-class honors from Mae Fah Luang University. I love playing guitar, working out, and reading books in Thai and English. I've taken many courses on teaching Thai to foreigners and love making learning Thai easy and fun. I'm excited to help you on your Thai language journey!我的教學經歷
I have good experience in teaching material development through conducting a senior project on the theme of Teaching Methodology and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). Now I am a dedicated Thai language teacher for foreigners, skilled in creating engaging lessons and integrating cultural insights with foreign students for more than 500 hours in both online and on-site class.我的課程內容與教學風格
Commonly, I teach students based on their personal goals. Please note that I always teach the concept of transcription before the main lesson. Possible lessons include:
-Learn Speaking🗣️, Listening👂, Reading📚 (for beginners to advanced levels)
-Practice reading through interesting southern folktales
-Learn the Southern Thai Dialect
In the lesson, I use Classpoint for active learning activities and provide worksheets as homework for reviewing after class based on Bloom's taxonomy theory.我的教材

With Baibua as my teacher, I’m pretty sure learning Thai will be fast and easy. Did you know Baibua means Lotus leaf? That’s pretty cool. She is pretty cool too. Thailand is indeed the land of smiles .. and sweet people. I was nicely surprised by the class actually being fun. It really worked for me educationally as well. She corrected quite a few things that could have become bad habits, especially related to tone. YouTube and the Drops app were super helpful to learn some basic Thai, but the feedback from learning one on one is priceless. This lesson was awesome. I signed up for a bunch more.

I have been learning Thai with Kru Baibua for over 2 months now and wanted to write a review finally. She is an excellent teacher who from the beginning establishes a positive classroom atmosphere. Her use of multi-resources effectively enhances the lessons for me so I can understand so much easier. Her lessons are very well-structured and at the same time, very fun. Her sacrifice to my improvement in Thai has not gone unnoticed. She truly cares about her students and she has made a great impact in my personal development in learning how to speak this amazing language. I highly recommend Kru Baibua to anyone interested in learning Thai. She's amazing
