Ph.D. (Philology).
Qualification of Philologist and University teacher of English and Belarusian.
Advanced training in number of educational programs such as "Scientific and theoretical foundations of innovation", "Active methods of teaching and upbringing in higher education institutions", etc.
Have been working as a university teacher of English (А1-В2 levels) for almost 20 years. The author of about 60 publications on scientific research and educational issues.我的教學經歷
My long-term teaching purpose is to teach students to communicate, understand and be understood. When it comes to short-term teaching purpose I think it’s about giving my students knowledge of a necessary set of vocabulary items and grammar principles, about helping them to train necessary skills that finally are to make them able to communicate. I teach with passion and responsibility.

The main approach I adhere in my work is the Communicative Approach. In my teaching I use diverse techniques to make the process more effective. I use visualization to make the information more sticky. I keep things conversational and get students to be active participants of the process. I use highly leveled books that contain materials on up-to-date themes and develop all the skills, authentic materials such as excerpts from movies, series, songs, magazine and newspaper articles, etc. I create my own worksheets with important vocabulary and tasks to acquire it. And of course, my task is to create a warm and accepting atmosphere.
