I found the lesson to feel quite transactional rather than warm, engaging, or energetic. The overall tone also felt quite serious, which for me didn’t create the most comfortable or encouraging environment for a speaking session. I would have appreciated a more natural and interactive conversation, with more space for discussion and spontaneity. Instead, the approach felt more focused on going through pre-scripted questions, which made the session feel less personal and less conversational. For a speaking lesson, I think a warmer and more engaging approach, with more natural back-and-forth and feedback on how I could improve my speaking, would have made the session more useful and enjoyable.
