Hallo! I’m Alexia, a native Dutch/Flemish speaker from Belgium, now sharing my love for languages in Leipzig. Fluent in 6 languages, I specialize in helping learners feel at ease with Dutch, whether for travel, work, or simply connecting with Flemish culture.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me practicing yoga, playing Irish folk tunes on my recorder, or exploring nature. My multilingual journey and passion for mindful living inspire me to create lessons that are as enriching as they are practical. I use visual prompts, games, and short texts to make learning engaging. Alexia me preguntó muchas cosas y pude responder fácilmente a sus preguntas con su ayuda cuando no encontraba las palabras correctas. Me dió un feedback muy bueno, con las palabras nuevas y me recomendó materiales audiovisuales para practicar holandés durante la semana. Fue una clase excelente y siento que mi holandés definitivamente está mejorando con ayuda de Alexia.

I had a great lesson with Alexia, she is friendly and helpful as a teacher and the lesson was very enjoyable. It was also helpful because I know some German, as does she, and we were able to make some comparisons. We also worked on pronunciation and talked about the different dialects of Dutch, which was also very helpful. Thanks Alexia!
