Zdravo! I’m Aleksandra, a Serbian tutor who helps beginners start speaking from the very first lesson.
I’ve been teaching foreigners for over 10 years, so I understand how challenging Slavic languages can feel at the beginning. I speak Russian and live in Novi Sad, which helps me relate to common struggles and explain things in a clear and practical way.
My lessons are focused on real communication. We keep grammar simple and useful, and learn the kind of Serbian you’ll actually use in everyday life, whether that’s ordering coffee, chatting with locals, or feeling more confident living here.

The CELTA certification provides a strong foundation in teaching foreign languages to adults, with methodologies that are transferable beyond English language instruction.
Please note that the certificate is issued under the surname Burlakova. I have since changed my surname to Vulin after marriage.
