Hi! I’m Jasmine, a cross-cultural Chinese teacher from China. I’ve lived and traveled in several countries and love bringing real life into my lessons — stories from a trip, a coffee chat, even a subway moment. Before teaching online, I worked in international trade, which helps me connect with business learners and people from different cultures. With a year of experience teaching both children and adults, I’ve helped beginners, HSK learners, teens , professionals, and travelers speak with confidence. My belief is simple: “Clear input, old to new.” When learning feels gentle and real, it lasts.我的教學經歷
I teach in a gentle, structured way. We’ll find your level and goals, then move at a steady, comfortable pace. Each few weeks, we’ll review progress and celebrate small wins. I use pocket sentence cards and high-frequency words to turn “I know it” into “I can say it.” Real-life topics, light games, and friendly feedback make learning natural and stress-free.
Focus:
• Beginners — speak within the first month.
• HSK — vocab & grammar lists, 4-week check-ins.
• Teens — phonics, games, weekly parent updates.
• Daily/Travel — task cards for daily scenes.

Each class follows a clear, relaxed flow: Warm-up → Input → Practice → Output → Feedback. I focus on simple, connected learning — using what you already know to build new knowledge.
Lesson options:
• HSK (0→4: 24–28 weeks / 3→5: 16–20 weeks) — vocab & grammar visuals, 4-week reviews.
• Business Chinese (12 weeks) — job prep, emails, meetings, etiquette.
• Daily/Travel (4–6 weeks) — directions, food, tickets, clinics.
• Teens — phonics, grammar, games, weekly parent feedback.

Excellent lesson with Jasmine! We practiced reading some sentences, and Jasmine noticed that I had improved my pronunciation. We also had an interesting discussion about "彩礼". Jasmine also had an interesting scenario in a game of "20 questions" that we played. Jasmine notices all sorts of little ways for me to improve - such as saying a particular thing for longer and stressing it . Her advice is spot-on!

Super lesson with Jasmine! We worked a lot on pronunciation. Jasmine is helping me a lot with saying the tones correctly. She quickly notices any problems that I have and gives me recommendations to fix them. Jasmine is working with me on reading and on conversation, which is an excellent method!

Excellent lesson with Jasmine! We reviewed and practiced some sentences from the last lesson. Jasmine helped me improve the pronunciation, intonation, etc. We also played some game like "20 questions", which was fun and creative. After that, we had a free talk. Jasmine is skilled at identifying my trouble spots so that I can focus my practice, which is really helpful!

Excellent lesson with Jasmine! Jasmine brought some reading materials to the lesson. We practiced reading and getting a good pronunciation - especially on my problem areas. Jasmine gave me some tips on emphasizing certain words in a sentence. I can tell that Jasmine is really helping with my speaking and pronunciation already!

Super lesson with Jasmine! Jasmine brought a story to the lesson. While I read the story, Jasmine noted down the spots where my pronunciation/tones needed work. After reading, we went back to those spots and practiced. Jasmine really helps me understand what I need to do to pronounce the words correctly and get my speaking to the next level!
