Hi! I’m Seodam, your Korean friend : )
I was born and raised in Korea. But I really love foreign languages, I’ve studied several languages such as English, Japanese(日本語) and Chinese(中文). I also enjoy making friends from other countries and talking about different cultures, so I’ve taken part in foreigner mentoring programs, language exchanges, and even student exchange programs. I’ve naturally had lots of chances to introduce Korean language and culture along the way.
This time, I want to help you enjoy learning natural Korean expressions in a way that feels fun, comfortable, and sustainable so you don’t give up halfway. You can make mistakes and speak slowly! Feel free to join here!😊我的教學經歷
- Conducted Korean language phone lessons via the KOPPA app (3 months)
- Worked as a full-time English instructor at a private language academy in Korea (6 months)
- Provided customized one-on-one tutoring for Chinese elementary students (3 months)
- Assisted native English teachers in an elementary after-school English program (3 months)
- Selected participant in a university international student mentoring program (3 months)
- Engaged in structured language exchange with international students at university (3 months)

My classes focus mainly on conversation practice through free talking and real-life situational expressions. You’ll learn natural Korean expressions that native speakers use in everyday situations—not just textbook Korean. I create a supportive environment where you can speak as much as possible and gain confidence. Throughout the lesson, I give personalized feedback on pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar patterns, and cultural insights to help you improve effectively.學歷

Today’s conversation lesson with Seodam was really great. We talked a lot in Korean! She spoke slowly and clearly, so I could understand everything, and was very patient while I searched for words or thought about the sentence structure. She explained new words and concepts very well and in a way that was easy to understand. We also laughed a lot, which made the class very enjoyable and relaxed. I’m really grateful for the opportunity to practice speaking Korean with her.

My first conversation lesson with Seodam was very enjoyable! She was very friendly and encouraging and immediately found topics we could talk about in Korean. She got me to talk by asking questions, and explained new words and concepts really well. The review at the end of the lesson helped a lot, too. I will definitely continue my lessons with her! =)
