Hi! I’m Iris from the Philippines 🇵🇭
I’m a friendly and patient English tutor who loves helping students improve their speaking, reading, spelling, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence-building skills.
I enjoy making lessons fun, simple, interactive, and comfortable for kids, beginners, and adult learners. I always encourage my students to learn with confidence and enjoy the learning process.
Aside from teaching, I also love music, reading, and meeting people from different cultures. I’m excited to learn and grow together with my students on italki. 😊
As a teacher, I am patient, supportive, and understanding. I guide my students step-by-step and make sure they understand before moving to the next lesson. I encourage my students to speak, try, and build their confidence. I focus on helping them improve their reading, writing, speaking, and pronunciation skills in a simple and clear way.
My lessons are simple, interactive, and easy to follow. I use examples, repetition, and guided practice to help students understand better. I teach beginners and young learners using basic vocabulary, sentence building, and speaking practice. I also adjust my teaching style depending on the student’s level and needs. My goal is to help students learn step-by-step and feel confident in using English.我的教材
