So I had my first lesson with Sunhee. I have known that she's a translator and was surprised to see she's also a Korean language teacher. I thought she would be able to give me a solid plan to improve my skills especially in speaking and writing. I was not disappointed. Since she's been teaching professionally for years, she knows exactly what structure I needed. She laid out a plan so enticing that it made me more excited to learn more from her. I'm looking forward to our next lesson. I 100% recommend her as a teacher if you want a proper structure in your language learning.

We used the book 한양 한국어 6-2 today, and it covered a lot of interesting topics. Our main focus was on 가치관 (values and perspectives), especially in today’s rapidly changing generation. I learned many new expressions and vocabulary words throughout the lesson. I was also given plenty of opportunities to express my thoughts in Korean, and she kindly guided me whenever I lost my train of thought. I really enjoyed this advanced-level lesson and am already looking forward to the next one! <3
