This is the third summer Celeste helps me with my Italian studies, and as usual her lessons are extremely well structured and pleasant. I am impressed by how much she remembers about last year’s lessons and how pro-active she is in structuring this year’s lessons. A great teacher!

One of the best things about Celeste is that she has never (in well over 100 lessons) made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed when I make up Italian words! She’s so professional but also warm and friendly. Every lesson is enjoyable.

I had already had a series of conversation classes with Celeste, last year, when my regular teacher was on holiday, and I was happy to be able to pick it up again this summer. As last year Celeste is very skilled at keeping the conversation going, allowing time for the pupil to phrase and express their stories. She has an incredibly wide and varied font of knowledge and seems to be able to converse on practically any subject. All the time, she is alert and sends written messages with useful expressions or words I did not know when trying to tell something. This leaves me with a useful little list of vocabulary to study after each session. So what could have been just an hour of chatting turns into a real lesson, palpably increasing my knowledge of the language.
