In my free time, I do urban exploration, forest walks, and attend myriad live concerts and festivals.

我的教學經歷

I have been teaching English as a Second Language since 1999. I love the opportunity it gives me to meet diverse individuals from all over the globe and to hear their unique insights and perspectives. I taught in NYC, China, Mexico City and now Berlin (10 years and counting..) tutoring company employees, retirees and recent university graduates. In Berlin, I focus on in-company & private classes both in-person and online.

I teach adults (>17 years old) with an English level of pre-intermediate or higher. We will focus on what you wish -- including but not limited to: conversation based on work or current videos/articles, grammar review of key structures, proofreading of written material, presenting business slides, role-playing of real-life situations related to travel or your job, pronunciation, etc. During the lessons, I note down pronunciation & grammar mistakes + new vocab in a Google or Word doc which you'll receive (or in the chat for the trial lesson). It serves as an important review tool. :)
