I am a multifaceted individual with a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a strong dedication to both basketball and powerlifting. My creative expression takes shape through poetry and comedy, which I write in both Norwegian and English. A devoted cat enthusiast, I share my home with Nikos—an Aegean cat rescued from the streets of Athens and now a beloved companion.
Beyond the ground and the gym, my interests extend into the skies as a skilled drone pilot and into nature, where I find balance and inspiration. I also maintain a deep appreciation for art, philosophy, and ancient cultures, which continuously inform and enrich my worldview.我的教學經歷
