Hello! I am Dara, friendly Khmer tutor. Nowadays, I'm living in Phnom Penh. I have started my teaching since 2015. During my lessons, I’ve shared Khmer knowledge, Khmer culture and lifestyle of living in Cambodia to many foreigner students from many countries to make ease for them to live in this country. Furthermore, we have our own book, daily conversation, established by myself for teaching them as well.我的教學經歷
I have graduated from university in 2003 and then I have worked in private company for five years. I used to be an English teacher at private school for few years. Now I'm pursuing Bachelor Degree of English Literature at university as well. I like reading and traveling to everywhere in Cambodia. 我的課程內容與教學風格
I have my own book called "Daily Conversation". It consists many lessons related to daily uses and CD also. I will teach them how to speak in formal way and casual way. For my experience when we start new lesson I always review old lesson a little bit. Not only these, but also we have homework and some tests as well or we make some conversation that doesn't exist in the book.我的教材

Dara is an amazing teacher. He's been an incredible resource for learning Khmer to the community. If you've ever been lucky enough to run across his YouTube videos you will know. His methods of teaching make learning Khmer approachable, clear and comprehensive.

ダラ先生は、こちらの至らないクメール語もしっかり聞いてくれるし、こちらの言いたいことも理解しようとしてくれるので心折れず続けられています。忙しくて中々授業の回数は増やせませんが、細々と続けて行きたいです。

I have absolutely LOVED my lessons with Dara! He’s kind, patient, and a great teacher. He also has a very contagious laugh, and he makes the lessons go so quickly! I’ve enjoyed my lessons so much that even convinced my husband to take lessons with Dara. If you’re looking to learn Khmer, definitely give Dara a try.
