Hello! My name is Assel. I am a teacher of Russian language. I like teaching very much because it is a great opportunity to share knowledge, ideas, opinions and energy! На каждого ученика я составляю план, по которому он должен заниматься. Такая практика помогает ученику видеть к какому результату он идет. Стиль преподавания я подстраиваю под ученика, учитывая его темперамент и цели.My lessons are always interactive, I listen to the student, taking into account his interests and needs. For each student, I make a plan with personal goals. This practice helps the student to see what result he or she is going to. I've done two lessons with Assel. I'm appreciative that she's flexible in lesson plan (I asked just to discuss a specific topic for the duration of the lesson), she thinks of appropriate questions when I'm stuck on how to move the conversation forward, and most importantly, she corrects my mistakes and helps me to rephrase things in a better manner when needed.
