Hello, I’m Leslie. I’m a native English speaker and have taught over 3,800 lessons on italki.
I work with students who already know English and want to become more comfortable, natural, and confident in real conversation. My lessons are calm, conversational, and tailored to each student. I have an attentive and supportive teaching style. There is no pressure, just space to speak and express yourself clearly.

I have many years of experience teaching both in classrooms and online, and have taught over 3,800 lessons on italki. I have worked with students from many language backgrounds, including Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, and Russian.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Education, a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, and a 150-hour TEFL certificate. My background allows me to understand how people learn and to support each student in a way that is clear, natural, and effective. 我的課程內容與教學風格
My lessons are conversation-focused and designed to help you speak more naturally and confidently. We can talk about your work, your life, ideas, culture, or any topic that interests you. I also have optional topics available if you’d like guidance.
I create a calm, comfortable environment where you can speak freely without pressure. Corrections are gentle and naturally integrated into the conversation to help you improve while maintaining confidence and flow. Each lesson is adapted to you as an individual.
For curious students, my Myers-Briggs type is INFJ, which aligns with my attentive, reflective, and supportive conversational style.教學經驗
