Stefan

Stefan is a phenomenal teacher! He is leading me from zero Afrikaans into the wilds of conversation with patience, skill, and joy. I'm motivated to study each week because I look forward to our lessons so much, which is the accountability I had been missing before I started with italki. Great teacher, exceptional person, cannot recommend highly enough!

I felt at home with Stefan! He's such a good teacher, I love his positive energy and the way he tries to make you feel at ease. Learning English with him it will be a pleasure also because he likes the same things: music, travels, jokes... He taught me many different things about culture, movies and places in your country. I can definitely recommend him and can't wait to book the next lesson

Stefan is a wonderful teacher--thoughtful, curious, encouraging, and enthusiastic. He is clearly passionate about Afrikaans and that fun and passion rubs off you when taking his lessons. I enjoy how has always asks if I know a word or way of saying something first and kindly quizzes me on what we've learned without any pressure. I look forward to each of my lessons and am excited for all of those yet to come!
