I am a native Thai speaker from the southern part of Thailand, fluent in both Thai and English. Currently, I am a Ph.D. student in engineering in the US. As a lifelong language learner, I love learning languages to explore new cultures, people, and places. I am also learning Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish, and Vietnamese. I used to hate learning foreign languages until I moved to the US at the age of 18. After that, my passion for learning languages developed. Having observed different teaching methods from teachers, I will make the lessons more relevant to you.

I have struggled with learning new languages but have discovered many effective methods to improve my skills. I have a good grasp of pronunciation in all the languages I know, which can be adapted to your lessons. I will encourage you to speak, promptly correct pronunciation mistakes, and help you fix sentences to sound more like native speakers. I am patient and will give you time to express yourself. If you have a preferred learning method, please let me know so I can prepare the material before the lesson. 我的課程內容與教學風格
My lessons will adapt to your needs. I will give you time to express your thoughts as long as you want before correcting you if necessary. I will regularly challenge you to create new sentences using the patterns we discuss. You can ask me any questions about the Thai language and Thailand in general.
For those familiar with the Thai writing system, I will regularly use it to communicate during the lesson. I can also set aside time for reading practice to help you improve your reading skills.我的教材

Kru Don is an excellent teacher.
He speaks Thai clearly; he speaks at a normal conversational rate which is important to hear, but he can speak slower if needed.
His English is post- graduate level so he can explain anything in English if needed.
He can adjust topics so the classes are interesting and applicable to your goals.
He takes notes so you have something to review after the class.
Therefore, I highly recommend Kru Don.

The lesson with Don was very helpful. He addressed exactly the things I needed and gave great examples. We practiced pronouncing words properly and Don was very patient and he kind of gave me an idea how the graphemes are put together and how this relates to the reading, which is very helpful for a total beginner like me, that didn't have any prior knowledge of the language. :) Thank you, Don! :)

Don is very well-organized. He also helps you with note-taking which is great in my opinion because the note is more accurate making it easier to review the lesson.
He also adjusts the pace according to your level and switches up the topics so the lesson is interesting.

Very helpful Thai conversation class. Kru Don gave me feedback and helped me form sentences. We talked about various topics in a free flowing conversation and he explained new vocab. I can recommend him 100% 😊🙏
