Hello! I’m Colette, a British Business and Conversational English specialist.
With a corporate management background and 6+ years of online teaching, I help professionals refine their Business English—from meetings to interviews—while polishing pronunciation to sound natural.
I help with fluency and confidence in general conversation, helping with idioms, accent and pronunciation.
As a language lover (French & Spanish), I understand the struggles of mastering English. My lessons are practical, engaging, and tailored to your goals. Let’s make your English confident and fluent—one conversation at a time!我的教學經歷
I have had a strong interest in languages since High School, and I also speak French and Spanish. This adds value to my teaching as I fully understand the difficulties you face, an certain 'problem areas' (hello grammar and phrasal verbs!) I find the key to gaining more fluency is practise, practise practise, particularly with your spoken English.
As i'm also a language learner myself, I have lots of patience and I don't want you to be afraid of making mistakes. It's part of the learning process and we learn from them.
It is extremely rewarding for me to see you progress, make links and use new vocabulary in our lessons.

I want you to find my lessons fun and informative. I will help you with your pronunciation and grammar, Business English, or simply help you to gain more confidence with your spoken English through conversation practise.
I will use current news articles, videos and will focus on grammar points if I think there is a particular area that you need to work on. I will teach you idioms and phrasal verbs that we use in everyday life as these are going to help you massively and you will certainly impress native speakers with your knowledge of these!我的教材

This was my second session with Colette, and I've like it so far. She is nice and friendly and explains to me every word or expression I don't understand. We have had casual talks, but she also prepares material. This time I wanted to check a specific topic, and she covered it better than I expected, thank you Colette :)
