Hello, I’m Laura, welcome :)
I'm from London, UK, but I now live in the beautiful French countryside - a big change in lifestyle! In my free time, I enjoy hiking, cooking, music, travel, films and reading.
I have over 6 years experience teaching private English lessons to children, teenagers and adults, and I have taught over 7000 English lessons online. I really enjoy teaching and helping my students progress.
I'm learning French too, and I'm a student on Italki. I really understand how hard it is to learn a new language (and how scary it can all be!)
As well as teaching English, I also teach yoga and meditation, and I run an environmentally friendly guest house in my French farmhouse.我的教學經歷

As your teacher, I will guide you, support you and give you lots of time to talk. Along with corrections when needed of course, and explanations to help.

I offer different class types to support your learning, but all my lessons adapt to you and your goals.
I'll correct you when needed and introduce new vocabulary, phrases and grammar to help you sound more natural and grow your fluency.

English tutorI teach English to private students online via Zoom. These classes are one to one, and are planned exclusively for each student according to their level and needs. I develop custom made curriculums for students and provide feedback and learning objectives.

English tutor for adults, teenagers and childrenI currently tutor with an American based, online language platform and have taught over 6250 lessons with them to students from around the world. I have 100% positive reviews and have taught 460 students since I began in 2019, showing that I have a great retention rate of students.

學士學位 - Psychology BSc (hons)My degree focussed on Neuropsychology in it's final year. I am fascinated with how our behaviour and understanding of the world is processed in the brain, and how we can use this knowledge to better understand our actions and reactions, and, of course, how we learn.

Project ManagerI worked as a Project Manager in a University, within the sector of Medical Education. I managed a team of 15 people, organised, developed and lead training courses and worked on national projects, increasing the quality of medical education standards in England.
