Hi folks!
My name is Sascha and I was born in Dortmund, a city in the Ruhr area, but now I live in the world metropolis Mexico City.
I received my magister degree in medieval history, modern and contemporary history and religious studies from the University of Münster. I'm a culturally open-minded and quite unbiased person by nature that use to cooperate with people from different cultures and to get to know them better.
My main interest is the cultures of this world, but I am also a passionate music lover and enjoy watching international feature films and television series. Other hobbies include hiking, photography, role playing games, industrial culture and professional wrestling.我的教學經歷

Since I am not a certified teacher, I can be your tutor as a native tongue speaker. My knowledge regarding methods of teaching can be of some value to you because during my studies I also attended courses with didactic and pedagogical implications in addition to my German Studies program.
Everyone is invited to my classes to enhance their German language skills in a relaxed atmosphere with me. Language lessons should be fun and should contribute to a student's motivation.
So, please feel free to try out my teaching in a trial lesson, and and when it suits, we can talk about many interesting topics.我的課程內容與教學風格
* I do NOT offer structured foreign language lessons like a professional teacher *
* I do NOT offer lessons for students at beginner level. Students have to be level of B1-C2 in German *
I can send you teaching material for preparation in advance of a lesson, or you can also send your own material to me so that I can plan the lessons. Whether we will work with or without material depends entirely on your preferences.
During my lessons you will take the active role and I will only interrupt your flow of speech in situations I consider appropriate. I will make corrections in the chat window during our conversation, or I send them to you in form of exercises after the lesson.我的教材

I have been working with Sascha for a year now and am extremely pleased with my progress. With Sascha, not only can you expand your knowledge of the German language, history and culture, but also he is a very knowledgeable source on many other scholarly topics. Most importantly though, I have found Sascha to be a friend in addition to being a teacher. He is very understanding and clearly always strives to do his best to carry out his responsibilities. I liebe meine Klasse mit Sascha! Er ist so nett, sanft, warmherzig, demütig. I konnte sehr gestresst sein aber nimmer mit ihm. Konversation geschieht natürlich und aus dem Stegreif. Ich profitiere definitiv von seiner entspannten Art. Es gibt mir den Neid, zurückzukommen und weiterzumachen.
Zu sprechen fällt mir schwer aber ich verstehe immer mehr.

Sascha is not the type of tutors who corrects your every mistake as you speak. Instead he lets you finish your thoughts without getting nervous about seeing corrections in chat while you are still mid-sentence. In the conversation class he lets the conversation flow naturally and only corrects really jarring mistakes. It was enjoyable learning about society in Germany and also Mexico (where he now lives) in the class.

Ein toller Lehrer. Ich bereite mich gerade auf eine Prüfung, ums Thema Musik hat Sascha ein sehr verbreitetes Wissen. Er ist geduldig, bricht man nie unter und bringt sehr gut durchgedachte Ideen zur Konversation. Es ist ein Vergnügen, mit ihm Stunden zu haben.
