Chiara managed to prepare and create a suitable lesson for me (within a day from the scheduled lesson), while taking everything into account (my language level, my reading and speaking skills) despite not knowing me beforehand; she’s very professional. I would be happy to book more lessons with Chiara in the near future. ☺️
