Hi! I'm Laura, a native Spanish speaker from Colombia
I'm passionate about human connection, languages, and creating meaningful conversations. I love hiking, traveling, reading, and getting to know deep and amazing people— and all of that inspires how I teach too. As a community tutor, I love getting to know my students and adapting to their unique rhythm, interests, and goals. Whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced speaker looking to feel more confident, I’m here to guide you — with patience, kindness, and real conversations.
My sessions are relaxed but intentional: we talk, we laugh, we reflect, and we learn. I’m especially good at creating a safe space where you can just be yourself while improving your Spanish little by little. 我的課程內容與教學風格
Our classes will be centered around natural conversation, but I also like bringing in vocabulary, pronunciation tips, fun prompts, storytelling, journaling ideas, and anything that makes Spanish feel alive for you.
I often ask what you want to get from our classes and build around that — whether it’s grammar support, speaking confidence, help with writing, or just feeling more fluent in everyday chats.我的教材

Laura is very kind, patient and encouraging. She is also has a good ability to kindly pause you when necessary without making you feel embarrassed or worried and explain where things need improvement. I look forward to continuing to learn from her and see how my Spanish improves!
