Ciao! I’m Jovana, a Serbian linguist and Italian language enthusiast with a PhD in linguistics. Summers in Italy perfected my Italian and immersed me in dialects and culture, which I love sharing with students. As a passionate teacher, I blend academic rigor with real-world insights, whether you’re learning Italian, English, or Serbian. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me devouring books or exploring new languages—always with music in the background. Join me, and let’s make language learning an adventure together. I am very easygoing and relaxed. With a PhD in linguistics, I bring extensive expertise in language learning and teaching, so you don’t need to worry about mistakes or challenges along the way. During my doctoral studies, I had the opportunity to teach Italian as a second language, which was an enriching experience. I have also taught students on various platforms, blending academic rigor with practical insights. Additionally, I am studying German, which allows me to fully empathize with the challenges of learning a new language. Every student has unique needs, and I prepare each class with that in mind.
