Mariset

Mariset is a fun and knowledgeable instructor! She's always very positive and encouraging and does a great job explaining things.

Mariset is amazing. She’s is very patient and a really good teacher. I’m looking forward to learning Spanish with her.

I've now had a few classes with Mariset, we do conversation, and all of them have gone very well. I taught English for many years so I have some ideas on how I like private conversation classes and Mariset fits my ideas. I tend to bring my own questions to ask Mariset about vocab, culture or some subject and she patiently addresses my questions giving examples if necessary to pronunciation, word choice, cultural habits, etc. We tend to have a free flowing conversation no lack of topics to discuss as we share some things such as: a love of languages, having lived abroad, love of travel, different cultures, etc.

Mariset is very dynamic teacher, also super patient and encouraging for beginners. I really like the fact that she prepares materials to make her courses more concrete and have a fun conversation at the same time. I always look forward to having courses with her!

This was our 1st official class other than the trial so Mariset and I are getting to know each other. Basically we had no problems speaking about different topics such as work, families, youth, countries, backgrounds, interests, travels, etc. This is the type of class I like, normal conversation and when I needed grammar or pronunciation correcting she would help me out and I'd take some notes. It was a very mutual session in that we posed numerous questions to each other that allowed us to speak at length on various subjects. I thoroughly enjoyed the session, and we both agreed that we would keep note of various topics that we'd like to discuss in the future.
