Just had my first lesson with Sonti, she is an absolutely amazing teacher! You can tell she loves teaching and sharing the language because she brings so much enthusiasm and joy to her teaching, she was also so encouraging and patient with me when I struggled with some of the the pronunciation and I can't wait for our next lesson. I already feel so much more confident that I will be able to speak Afrikaans

Maronel is the best! Each lesson is tailored toward my progress. She is patient and fun. The lessons are a personalized mix of grammar and sentence structure, but also fun things like reading or role-playing so it never gets boring or overwhelming. Highly recommend!

I've been taking lessons with Amone' for a few weeks, and she's been awesome! She's super knowledgeable about afrikaans grammar, and her lesson plans that she makes are useful and thoughtful. She is super patient and flexible as well when I diverge from the lesson plan a little bit, and can provide some insights to the culture and history around the language.
