To me it is very important to adapt myself to the student, and to taylor the lesson to their needs. Personally i love input based learning, and learning words and new grammatical structures in context, using stories dialogues, and keeping things fresh and interesting. Más de 18 años de experiencia I never thought that teaching could be the right job for me, but - here I am - eighteen years and around a thousand of students later. At some point, I realised that teaching had become a passion. My professional experience before italki was focused mainly on exam preparation both in English (e.g. Cambridge, Trinity) and German (Goethe Institut, telc) and included - apart from the usual group and individual, intensive and regular courses - level-testing and organising mock exams. For several years, I also worked as an English examiner and corrector at one of the universities in Spain. I hold a C2 Certificate in Spanish (DELE).
