I currently work as an associate professor in the Literature subject at the National University. The act of teaching does not end with the teacher's exposition. It is a dialogue where we exercise communication and interpersonal skills, an approach with empathy and patience. As teachers, we incorporate and practice decision-making and problem-solving skills.
