I always look forward to the lessons with Ibrahima. He's very kind and patient and explains very well. He helped me to get into the grammar of Wolof language very well so i started to understand how sentences are made. I can really recommend him as a very good teacher who is enthusiastic about his language and about teaching it to others.

Today Awa brought a guest to class to encourage dialogue. This pushed me to answer questions and ask questions to someone new. It also allowed me to hear a different accent and adapt to hearing a different speed. Thank you Awa for always challenging me on the road to conversational fluency.

My trial lesson with Jawara was very motivating and encouraging. As a Senegalese-American, I lost touch with my native language of Wolof. With Jawara, he was very professional with good patience and support for a beginner learner like myself. I look forward to having more lessons with him in the future. Additionally, I would highly recommend having a lesson with him.

He explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand and is always encouraging, patient, and friendly. I learned a lot today and I’m really looking forward to our future lessons. Yaya is a great Wolof teacher! He dives straight into Wolof from day 1. Not only he teaches you words, grammar, pronunciation, but he also shows you how the language actually works compared to other languages. He's also incredibly patient and positive. Absolutely recommended to anyone interested in learning this beautiful language!
