    It sounds like what you said" balance be cursed", it'd be useful to know the context thou. In regards to the other question like, like if it were.. and like it were sound good to me. They mean the same when you say like you drop if , it 's more informal to me.Both are informal, I usually use as.. it's as if or though(more formal) for tests in certain sentences you are supposed to use only as, example he spoke AS if he were....etc

    It's like this, please don't make noise.. per favore is a phrase I beg you(literal) is a verb or Could you please stop making noise? si prega di fare silenzio. In practice both are the same but si prega di is impersonal it can't be like this: if you tell your friend, you don't say si prega di mangiare, you say eat please. if it's an order for anyone, you can use both, si prega di non mangiare. non mangiare per favore hope it helps, ciao

    Hola, hay varias opciones : Un simple así es, Así es esto, así está/es la cosa son unas de las que uso. También puedes decir así son/están las cosas, no hay nada que hacer, etc dependiendo del contexto.

    El verbo AGENDAR para algo tentativo está perfecto y de todas formas puedes cancelar la cita: No tenemos un verbo como pencil in, lo único que se me ocurre sería voy a escribirla con lápiz y me llama para confirmar y ya la escribe con lapicero/pluma o la confirma pero en todo caso se puede decir Agendarla por ahora/tentativamente o simplemente agendarla y llama para confirmar o cancelar. Saludos
