Maybe parent is the hardest job to do around the world. When children are very little, they are adorable that attracts parents' attention anytime. As they grow up, parents find that their children become sensitive and don't like to share their fun with others. They have privacies which doesn't want to be known by their parents. They often argue with their parents due to some very little things. In that case, parents slowly get tired of balancing their work and taking care of their children. Some of them try to manage their children's life only by their thoughts, others just let their children grow up naturally without more chatters. As a consequence, both of them gain a bad relationship with their children. On the other side, chidlren who has turned to teenagers really want to prove thenselve has been as powerful as adults. They don't like their parents treat them as kids. They just want their parents to respect them and give them a hand when they meet some difficulties. But most perents are concerned about their chidren's future. They are afraid of making wrong decisions on the most importants monments in their chisren's life. They try to make any decisions instead of their chidren which just depends on their experiences, but most of the decisions are wrong. A parent who keep learning new things in such a rapidly developping society can be the best gift for a child. A parent should be a friend to a child first, then they should share a lot of interests.

The cost of gasoline stays high in Japan and the past few years have been tough for many automobile owners. I came across an article online about fuel efficient improvement methods and would like to share it here. One of them is that we should make sure to check a tire pressure. If it is inappropriate, tires will change their shapes and that will make cars eat a lot of gas. If the shape of a tire changes drastically, their rolling resistance will increase and cars will use more gas. Japan Automobile Federation[JAF] states that the energy efficient rate will decrease by 2 % in urban and by 4% in rural when we drive with tire pressure of 50kPA(0.5kg/cm2) lower than proper value. For example, a car has fuel efficiency with 20 kilo meter per a liter. The car needs about 500 liters gas to run 10,000 kilo meter. On the flip side, if the car lowers its fuel efficiency by 4%, it will be 19.2 kilo meter per a liter. In that case, the car needs about 521 liters. If the gas price is 160 yen per a liter, we will need to pay 3,360 more yen. That's why JAF makes a suggestion that we try to check a tire pressure on a monthly basis. I know that this method might be a drop in the bucket, but I believe that the information is very useful for everyone. in the near future.

About Job Interview I have finished the last interview last week. The first interview was in April, so it took almost 2month... I knew that changing a job is one of life events, but had never expected how much effort and time I had to spend for it. I am so relived that total of three interviews are finally done. The first two were in English and the last one was in my mother tongue but with the top of the department. Before each interview, I prepared by doing lots of online researches and reading and watching educational contents. Many are to teach about basic questions that are often asked by interviewers and how to respond with confidence and trustworthiness. In my real interviews, none of them were true. It was very casual and the interviewers were so friendly and cheerful through the beginning to the end...Although I tell myself that this is unordinary, but I feel like I told about myself such as job experiences, skills, achievements, and my values and dreams.
