"I would love to live in Iran" means that you don't live in Iran, but would love to live there.

I like to live in Iran = I enjoy living in Iran. I would like to live in Iran = I want to live in Iran (and I don't currently).

1) I like to live in İran. Meaning ; I live in İran. 2) I would like to live in İran. Meaning; I don't live in İran but I want to live in İran.

The first sentence, whilst gramatically correct, sounds very strange. A native English speaker would most likely say "I like living in Iran." For other verbs that are more repeated actions I think the structure you used could be used interchangeably with the one I suggested, but for the verb "to live" it sounds very odd, and I have personally never heard anyone use it in the way you have written here. For example, "I like to read the newspaper" and "I like reading the newspaper" would be interchangeable.
