مدرّس*A Passage About Minimalism*
Minimalism is a lifestyle where people choose to live with fewer things. It means only keeping what is useful or brings happiness. Many people today are trying minimalism to feel less stress and more freedom.
In a minimalist home, you don’t see too many decorations or furniture. Everything has a purpose. People also buy fewer clothes and focus on quality, not quantity. This helps save money and space.
Minimalism is not only about things. It’s also about time and energy. Minimalists try to say no to activities or people that don’t add value to their lives. This gives them more time for family, hobbies, and rest.
Living simply can be hard at first, but many people say it makes life easier and more peaceful. Minimalism teaches us to enjoy what we have and focus on what really matters. It's a way to live more clearly and calmly.
