Hy everyone. I have a question. I work as a freelancer and during my discussions with my clients I often need to convey the idea that I understood what they need from me. I use some different phrases/templates, but recently I found out that some of them can be translated incorrectly back to my mother tongue. I want to make sure that I use those correctly: Client: I neeed you to ...... Me: 1) I got your idea on... 2) I got you. 3) I get you. Please share with me other phrases that I can use in this context. Our conversation usually not strictly formal, it is just friendly conversation, pretty friendly. I need to use phrases here that tell my clients that now I understand them. That's why I prefer using past tense here instead of present (...they told me this, told me that, and NOW I understand them). Thank you in advance.

Hello, I work as a freelancer and sometimes I need to ask a client some questions regarding an upcoming project: ... I need this information beforehand to plan my working schedule so that you always get the job done on time. Is it correct in terms of formal English? Are there any other options with the same meaning?

Why neglecting your customer once the purchase is completed is losing YOU money. Why it is YOU instead of YOUR in this sentence?

Hello, could you help me to translate the description of the event in the picture https://drive.google.com/file/d/17oKuIsfkjiRknc90DD3ImItjWtH9xH3v/view?usp=sharing

The thing is that I was travelling in Thailand by my bicycle this year and accidentally got to some holiday.
There was some public festivity in the territory of a local temle, in front of the temple I made this picture, there were a lot of peole, free food, music, buddist monks talking with people and many more.

Now I am making a video about the trip for my Youtube channel and I want to make some explanation about what was happening there. Can you tell me what is the holiday, what is it called in English? Please, give me a link about this holiday in Internet or give me a short description about the event and what it is dedicated to.

Thank you in advance.
