I specialize in teaching students how to speak English fluently and effectively. My native language is English (American), and I have been teaching English since 2001 to students of all levels, ages and countries.

I know it can be hard learning a new language (in my case, Italian), so as a teacher my main priority is to be patient and encouraging. I love the space that working one-to-one brings - the lessons go at the pace and the level you the student need, with feedback given in the way that works best for you, and homework (if wanted) that focuses on consolidating what we cover in lessons. I have completed a 169-hour TEFL qualification, as well as an Advanced Grammar for Online English Teachers course and an IELTS Specialist Teacher course.
