In order for students to learn as well as possible, the classical teacher-student dynamic must be forgotten, so the contact will be less formal . My lessons will only be in French so that the students can get used to the language. Do not be afraid of mistakes, since they are not negative. Quite the contrary: mistakes help us learn better.
