元宵节，又称为上元节, 时间为每年农历正月十五 ，是新年第一个月圆之夜。这天大家会出门赏月、赏花灯、猜灯谜、还能吃元宵。其中最受欢迎的莫过于赏花灯和猜灯谜了。街头巷尾，各式各样的灯笼争奇斗艳，有的像盛开的莲花，有的像活蹦乱跳的小兔子，还有的像龙飞凤舞，热闹非凡。而猜灯谜则是智慧的较量，漂亮的灯笼上会贴上各种谜语，这些谜语往往巧妙诙谐，猜中谜语还会有奖品，趣味十足。
Hi everyone! Today we’re talking about the festival of glowing lanterns and riddles in the air—Lantern Festival!
Also known as Shangyuan Festival, it falls on the 15th day of the first lunar month, marking the first full moon of the new year.
On this night, people go out to admire the moon, enjoy colorful lantern displays, solve lantern riddles, and eat yuanxiao (sweet glutinous rice balls).
The most popular activities? Lantern viewing and riddle guessing!
Streets and alleys light up with dazzling lanterns of all shapes and sizes—some bloom like lotus flowers, others hop like playful rabbits, and some soar like dragons and phoenixes dancing through the sky. The whole scene is bursting with joy and energy!
As for lantern riddles: they’re a fun test of wit! Riddles are pasted onto beautiful lanterns—clever, witty, and often full of wordplay. If you solve one, you might even win a little prize! It’s festive, brain-teasing fun for all ages.

みなさんの国は、いま何時ですか？

日本は、いま、朝の6時半です。

ろくじはん、とはろくじさんじゅっぷんのことです。

6時半と、6時30分は同じです。

同じ時間です。

あ、もうすぐ、6時32分になります。

この"はん"というのは、30分のことです。

半分(はんぶん)の半と、同じ漢字です。
半年(はんとし)の半と、同じ漢字です。

1時間の半分は・・そう、30分ですね。

私たちはよく、6時30分ではなく、6時半と言います。
ほかにも・・
1時半、いちじはん
2時半、にじはん
3時半、さんじはん
4時半、よじはん
5時半、ごじはん
6時半、ろくじはん
7時半、しちじはん、または、ななじはん
8時半、はちじはん
9時半、くじはん
10時半、じゅうじはん
11時半、じゅういちじはん
12時半、じゅうにじはん

といいます。

例えば、友達と会う約束をするとき、

「明日、何時にする？」

「えっと、じゃあ、12時半はどう？」

「うん、12時半ね。」

と12時30分のことを、12時半、といいます。

とてもよく使います。

ただし、30分間のことを半分間(はんふんかん)とは言いません。

6時半、5時半、というふうに、
時間のあとに言ってくださいね。
