Some students prefer to study and do homework alone. Others prefer to study and work on class assignments with a group of fellow students. Which do you prefer? The preference for studying individually or in a group varies from person to person. Some opt to stay at home and study alone, while some tend to study with their classmates. Both ways have pros and cons and work for different people. As far as I am concerned, I prefer to studying with my peers, which makes me happier and more productive. First, study can be boring and tired. Racking my brains and sitting still for hours are not fun. It seems even more miserable if I have to go though this alone. When I was at school, my friends and I often went to library or our parents’ office to do our homework together. Although for some people it maybe a waste of time or a distraction going out and studying with others, I enjoyed the company of my friends at the study time. We exchanged gossip and snacks on our way or during breaks, which made us excite and less painful when reciting English words, solving math problems, or writing essays. Second, study partners help me work efficiently. In a group, people can easily share opinions and have discussions, thus we may understand academic content more thoroughly, and come up with many creative ideas to tackle tasks. All in all, I would rather to study with my mates than study alone, because that way adds flavor to tedious study and lighten up my mind. In addition, I feel like I become smarter through brainstorming with others.

We exchanged gossip and snacks on our way there or during breaks, which made us excited and less pained when reciting English words, solving math problems, or writing essays. Second, study partners help me work efficiently. In a group, people can easily share opinions and have discussions, thus we may understand academic content more thoroughly, and come up with many creative ideas to tackle tasks. All in all, I would rather study with my mates (mates is too informal here) than study alone, because that way adds flavor to tedious study and lightens up my mind. In addition, I feel like I become smarter through brainstorming with others.
Good. Maybe a bit unbalanced between the first and second body paragraphs.
