This was the first time KP I had heard of jacarandas and seen a picture. They were stunning beautiful with purple blossoms. I told my friend that I didn’t think jacaranda was the same thing as 梧桐， because they look really different. I also said that I didn’t think jacaranda grows in China, since it is unknown to many of us yet its beauty is striking. Then, my friend replied that she first saw jacaranda in Kunming, a southwestern city in China.

Though stunning beautiful with purple blossoms. they are, I told my friend , not seemingly 梧桐树 grown in China due to looking very different from its appearance.
