한국에는 음식점에서 테이블 혼자 세팅할 수 있어요. -> 한국에서는 음식점에서 손님이 혼자서 테이블을 세팅할 수 있어요 You skipped the subject of the sentence, "손님이". Without "손님이", the meaning of the sentence becomes unclear. 혼자 means alone. 혼자서 is to do something on your own. 스스로 is also to do something by yourself. So 혼자서 or 스스로 is the proper phrase, not 혼자. -은/는 is normally attached after the main topic of the sentence. In this case, -는 is used to emphasize Korean's unique culture. -을/를 is attached after the object. Actually, lots of restaurants in Korea have drawers or boxes containing spoons and chopsticks at each table. So the customer can set their own table after taking the seat. It could be written like "한국의 음식점에서는 손님이 테이블 세팅을 알아서 해요." -의 means ownership, belongs to. 알아서 하다 means to take it on yourself, to do something your own as you already know about before another man interfers to you. You're in the Korean restaurant and took a seat. You ordered already. Then, before eating, you need to get a spoon and chopsticks. You know where they are, actually they are laid near you. So you just open and take out them naturally. These whole things mean "알아서 하다" I hope it will help you. :-)
