I have a question. Please look at the attached photo. Should this event be called a 'water fountain show' or just a 'water show'? Thank you!

I think either phrase gets the idea across. To me, "water show" sounds like a specific event related to water or near a body of water, like the Waterfire festival in Rhode Island. "Water fountain show" feels more like when a public decorative fountain does a big display on the hour or half hour, similar to the clock tower chimes. But to describe the photo, I think both noun phrases are fine.
