Since you would like to listen to easy songs (I mean in the sense of grammar, and vocabluary) i think you could listen to Koncz Zsuzsa, Omega, and LGT (Locomotiv GT). These aren't up-to-date performers, but the music is good, lyrics are clear, I guess it is easy to understand. I'm interested, what the others might recommend to you:) If you prefer more fresh songs, than you could listen to Dalfutár - this is a collaboration of many artists, there are several songs, i guess the lyrics are simple by these: Tudnád, ha érezném, Hagyom and Összetörve is jó.

I recommend you the "Republic" band. I think their songs have easy lyrics.
e.g. "Ha itt lennél velem" , "Repül a bálna"
