In my opinion, to improve your sleep quality is important have dinner at least one hour before go to the bed. Another thing that is important in not to do exercise later. When I say later y referred two hours before go to the bed because the exercise activate you body and make you feel nervous. In Spain is typical have dinner later than other European countries. For me is essential have a rest watching TV o read a book after dinner. Ignacio.

Today I’m going to write about my next trip. I have planed travel to Madrid in two weeks. This will be a business travel because we have a training with one of the most our big customer. The travel will be for three days and the acomodación will be in a hotel near Santiago Bernabéu stadium. We have a concentrate schedule because there are lots of temes for deal and few time for develop it. I ‘m the responsible for one of the 5 sections that compone the whole curse. I'm going to write about my plans for the next Easter. Usually, I don't like travel in the Easter because there is a lot of people traveling in this days and the price in the hotels is hi. This year I have plans for move around of Sevilla that is the city where I'm living. I have plans for to go a nearest town and to do a hiking rute like I did last Sunday. Last Sunday, I did a Route around the old mine called Aznalcoyar Mine, this is mine that caused a ecological disaster when the damp that contained water mine broken and sprayed the water in the river. Hi, today I have been watching a documentary about Brittany. It made me remember when I visited this zone for holidays three years ago. I enjoyed a lot in Saint Malo, Sant Michel and others cities. I recommend visiting this area. The documentary talk about of the street market where you can buy fresh product of the zone. Hi everybody, I'm doing this writing for practice English language, no all thing that I write is exactly that I really do every night before to go to the bed. I usually go to the bed around of eleven o'clock after to watch Tv for a wile. Two or three years ago I watched Tv programs from the free channels but it finished very late and I went to the bed too much later. Now I'm watching series from private channels like Netflix or Amazon. For me is a good option because this series have short chapters and even it was too long I can stop to see and restart next day. When I am in the bed, I have the habit of read a book. In the past I used to read paper book but the problem is that I had to have the light on. Concerning to the culture of this city I want stand out that Sevilla was an important city in the 16 century, Sevilla is the city where left and arrived the boats to America, the new continent, It is for this reason Sevilla was a rich city and has big house and palace. Also In Sevilla there are lots of churches. People in Sevilla are very devoted to the Jesus christ and the virgin. In sevilla Had been celebrated two international exposition, one in 1920 called Ibero American Exposition and another in 1992 called Universal Expo dedicated to the 5 century of American discovery. Other aspect of the Sevilla culture is that people love the flowers, is typical that people have flowers in the windows, there are beautiful parks in the city and lots of pots in the street. J. My summer This year Hi everybody, Today I'm going to talk about my summer this year. I usually planed my hollidays in the month of July but this year I have waited until the last moment. This year my hollidays have been sorted, I only traveled for 5 days during the last week to a nearest village from the city where I'm living. This village is in the mountain and have a beautifull landscape. The village have only two hundred and twenty five people registred in the council, lot of them over the seventy year, but along of the summer the poblation grow with visitants and relatives that go to the village for their hollidays. In the 5 days I enjoy a lot doing hiking, relaxing having a beer in the twon center square and visiting the nearest tonw all of them whit long history.

My last weeked Last weekend I went to a city called Cáceres. This was my second visit to this city and for my, was better than the first. I did a tour with a tourist gide that She show us the main buildings and told us a lot of interesting histories abut the city and their people.
