I was going to the gym for a few last year (from 2016 to 2020) . I was working out in a group. There were only women. Since the gym are closed , keeping good shape became more difficult than I thought. Point one : eat less and find interesting way to move on e.g. use the out gym in the park , ride a bike, go for a walk. I work out at home by youtube. There is Monika Kołakowska and I work with. She is the fitnesstrainer . The most important thing is eat less . 🥯🥧🧀🍕🌭/🍎🍅🥦🥒🥗.

It all depends on what you picture as 'fit.' If you want a six pack you might have some difficulties. If you want to be fit like in a world where not everyone is a fashion model, grab a pilates ball for some abs and back stretching, use the stairs other try to walk twice a week. Add some push ups if you want, and a whole body stretching routine This takes around 30 mins including warming up. Don't it junk food and drink alcohol more than once a week This makes you fit automatically. If you go for defined muscles you want something else other than be fit. Pump iron and destroy your knees by going running. In a few years you'll most likely remember those who would tell you 'how good' sport was for your body.

My opinion is that running is a great way how to stay fit without need of any equipment. You can relax, put your body into shape and also spend some time in nature or at your favourite place.

Hay otras formas de ejercicio fuera del gimnasio. Correr y nadar son buenos ejercicios. También hay ejercicios de peso corpral que se puede hacer como lagartijas.

Staying fit is possible without going to a gym.It can be established by eating healthy food and doing daily exercises at home or in the nature like running and aerobics.
