I was going to the gym for a few last year (from 2016 to 2020) . I was working out in a group. There were only women.
Since the gym are closed , keeping good shape became more difficult than I thought. Point one : eat less and find interesting way to move on e.g. use the out gym in the park , ride a bike, go for a walk.
I work out at home by youtube. There is Monika Kołakowska and I work with. She is the fitnesstrainer .
The most important thing is eat less . 🥯🥧🧀🍕🌭/🍎🍅🥦🥒🥗.
