Hello! My name is Buğra. I am 26 years old, a professional sociologist and a native Turkish speaker. I enjoy teaching, learning and helping people improve themselves. In my free time, I love spending time with my family and cooking meals for my loved ones. I am also very interested in Turkish culture and Turkish cuisine, and I enjoy meeting people from different cultures. I have more than eight years of teaching experience both on online platforms and in public education centers. I am also learning a foreign language myself and currently studying German, so I understand the challenges of learning a new language. I believe learning a new language is a long but enjoyable journey. Because I am currently learning German myself, I understand the challenges students face when trying to express themselves in a new language. That is why I always create a supportive, patient, and encouraging learning environment for my students. I believe that making mistakes is a natural part of learning, and my goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and motivated while improving your Turkish. In my lessons, I focus on creating a student-centered and supportive learning environment. In our first lesson, we talk about your goals, your reasons for learning Turkish, and the areas you would like to improve. Based on this, we create a personalized learning plan that fits your needs and level. For beginners, I may use a supporting language at the beginning, but as the lessons progress, I gradually switch to Turkish-only communication because I believe this is the most effective way to build confidence and fluency.
