Hi, Today again, I feel like practicing English. Usually I practice more Spanish, wich I am learning since twelve years, or Italian, wich I try to learn since two or three years, but without be able to speak yet. Patience and determination are my mottos. The same mottos apply to keeping me in shape, despite my age. Each morning, I do ten minutes of yoga, I do twenty alternations of the Cat, and Dog, slowly, then very fast. After, I do The Mountain, the Cobra, and the Child, three times, three breathings each. Then I do some various stretching movements. It’s not more than fifteen minutes en total. I try to walk everyday at minimum, 30 minutes, and I love to ride my bike. Once or twice a week, I do cardio exercises, with an Italian guy on Youtube. I would like to improve my shape, as I plan to make a four days hike next fall. But it’s hard to find a good program, to improve , without harming.
